  My favorite dish there is their orange chicken, the sauce is not thick but its consistent . They are respectful and seem to have a lot of experience.

  Staying at a friends house 1.3 miles away, I ordered around $40 worth of food with a card. I waited an hour before calling them, and the person on the other end said that the driver was on the way. After 15 and then also 30 mins later, I tried calling back with no answer. 45 mins after he said the driver was on the way, he called back to ask where the house was located (the driver had apparently not left yet). My friend explained it to him, and he proceeded to tell us it was 'too far' and that he was canceling the order (But the house is about 1 mile away, right off the main road). So after ordering, being charged and then waiting an hour and 45 mins, and after being told the driver was already on his way, they canceled my order and I didn't get to eat. He did say he would refund my money, which he did for the food, but not the service charges. The refund in the amount of the food showed up the next day, but I still have a charge of some kind for $5. I will never order from them again, and the 15 of my friends that I was with that night have said the same. It's a shame.
